Common questions
What does it cost?
We charge a percentage of your booking income plus a fixed monthly fee, both plus GST. There are also one-off setup costs, like professional photos and a first deep clean. We'll give you the exact figures, and an estimate of what you'd take home, on your appraisal call.
Who pays for cleaning?
Guests do. Each booking includes a cleaning fee that covers the clean, linen and consumables, and we don't take a management fee on it.
Can I still stay there myself?
Yes. Tell us the dates and we'll block them out.
Do I need a permit?
In Tasmania, sharing the home you live in usually doesn't need a permit. A house or unit that isn't your main home usually needs a planning permit from council. We can help with the application.
Where is your team based?
Our head office is in Hobart, where the same team runs pricing, guest messaging and owner accounts for more than 120 Tasmanian homes. We line up local cleaners and trades for your property and manage them for you.
How quickly can you start?
Once the agreement is signed and the property is ready, we can usually have it live within about a week.
